New Plan
This condo remodel transforms a narrow, compartmentalized interior into a more open and fluid living space. By reconfiguring the primary bedroom corridor as part of the living area and introducing a large sliding wall between the living space and guest room, the design makes efficient use of every square foot. The result is a generous, flexible volume that flows through the apartment while still allowing rooms to be closed off when privacy is needed.

Thoughtful reuse of existing furnishings, second-life materials, and custom-designed budget elements delivers a polished environment with the presence of a well-established law firm.

Much more than a new Kitchen
Project type: Residential remodel
Location: Baltimore County, Baltimore
Year: 2026
Status: under bidding
Area: 900 sf
Houses stay the same, but the families who live in them keep changing and growing. For these clients, a growing brood of grandchildren now spends considerable time in the home, and they wanted a kitchen and dining space that could keep pace, comfortable and efficient enough for everyday life. After all, families always end up gathering in the kitchen. We enlarged the space and forged a much stronger connection to the deck and garden beyond, creating a home that's as beautiful as it is functional, ready for the whole family to enjoy, for generations to come.
