The original space was dim and closed off, with the pharmacy team boxed away from the clients and partners they served. The brief called for more than a facelift — a full rethinking of how the space worked.

The renovation opens the plan, bringing light and sightlines back in, and replaces the old enclosed counter with clear zoning that separates retail, consultation, and dispensing while keeping them visibly connected. Color, custom graphics, and purposeful furnishings tie the zones together into one coherent whole. The result: a pharmacy that feels open and trustworthy the moment you walk in.
